Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide proactive and professional support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Acting as a key point of contact, the Executive Assistant will play a vital role in coordinating communication, managing schedules, and supporting decision-making across the Business. Please note this is a part-time, permanent position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Executive Support:
* Produce & develop account analysis & financial reporting.
* Project Management of new initiatives.
* Supporting Sales Strategy Plans.
* To manage key activities on an ongoing basis to include sales planning, administration & reporting & supporting rolling agenda.
* Prepare and issue KPI's Reports.
* Identify root causes where KPI targets are not achieved and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.
Management Liaison:
* Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments, including Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, QHSE and HR.
* Working closely interdepartmentally to resolve ad hoc queries and to generate reports.
Experience, skills, and competencies
* Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to Executive or C-Suite level within an industry-based organisation i.e., logistics, manufacturing, production, etc.
* Very strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity, with the experience to effectively handle sensitive information.
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* A high proficiency MS Office and experience utilising collaboration tools E.g., Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, etc.
* Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs and act on initiative.
* Professional demeanour with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
* Flexible and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
