Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:
Assist with maintaining and supporting all hotel IT systems including PMS, POS, telephone systems, CCTV, key card access, TV system, IOT, guest Wi-Fi, and back-office applications.
Assist with managing network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) ensuring uptime and connectivity across all departments and guest areas.
Administer servers (physical and cloud-based), user accounts, email systems, backups, and data storage.
Ensure reliable and secure internet connectivity for guests and employees.
Implement and maintain IT security protocols, firewalls, antivirus protection, deploy software patches, and data privacy measures in compliance with GDPR and PCI DSS.
Manage user access control, password policies, and monitor network activity for suspicious behaviour.
Provide first-line IT support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimise downtime.
Manage and control IT assets across the resort
Support the IT Manager with projects, upgrades and general maintenance across the Resort.
Experience/ Qualifications
A genuine interest in starting a career in IT
An IT degree is advantageous
Will posses excellent communication and organisational skills
Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
Will be flexible in their working hours
