Job Title: Civil Infrastructure Development Specialist
The role involves leading a team to manage and deliver utilities projects in Cavan/Monaghan. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in water/utility projects, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and driving the project forward, ensuring that HSQE protocols are adhered to at all times. They will also be responsible for maintaining quality control procedures, liaising with the Project Manager on a daily basis, and managing site records.

Key Requirements:
* Civil Engineer degree or equivalent qualification
* 3+ years experience in setting out activities on utilities projects
