About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Supply Chain Director to be the Global lead for the function within our Enzymes business.
As Supply Chain Director for Enzymes you will lead global supply chain strategy across a complex, multi-region footprint. This is a pivotal role for an experienced operations leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys shaping end-to-end supply chains, and is ready to influence the strategic direction of a business entering its next phase of growth. This role is critical in ensuring continued efficiencies gains/savings.

What you'll be doing
* Develop and execute a global supply chain strategy aligned with the Enzyme business's global objectives, commercial growth plans, and customer-centric service expectations. Shape long-term supply chain capacity, distribution, and inventory strategies to support growth and portfolio evolution.
* Active member of the Integrated Operations senior leadership team, responsible for ensuring a quality and safety focused culture, taking on key initiatives to support the development of a world class enzymes operation.
* Develop a customer focused culture. Ensure timely order fulfillment and customer support, including proactive communication of delivery performance and issue resolution.
* Inventory Management. Align country inventory targets, replenish strategies, and safety stock policies tailored to market variability, product characteristics, and risk levels.
* Drive continuous process and system improvement, and digital transformation initiatives - currently operating Control Towers, SAR, S&OP, Demand/ Supply reviews, portfolio management
* Own the full supply chain lifecycle, from demand planning and sourcing through production alignment, logistics, and delivery. Balance global standardization with technology flexibility.
* Performance Management & Reporting. Define and monitor KPIs for supply performance, S&OP maturity, inventory health, OTIF, customer service levels, and cost-to-serve.
* Stakeholder Management. Build strong partnerships with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, RD&A, and external partners. Influence without authority across matrixed teams and regional stakeholders.
* Team Development. Lead, mentor, and regional supply chain team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
* New Product Introductions & Launch Excellence. Partner across Global Supply Chain and with Commercial, Technical Development, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure readiness across all supply chain activities.
* Global Network Planning. Understand the capacity and complexity of the global enzymes network.
* S&OP – Design and lead a global S&OP (or IBP) framework that aligns demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and financial targets. Move the organization from reactive planning to scenario-based, data-driven decision-making. Establish cadence, governance, and accountability across regions and functions
What you can bring to the role
* Someone who goes above and beyond to drive exceptional service to our customers. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
* Significant experience in supply chain with experience defining strategy and global processes; multi region exposure required.
* Strong systems and data background ERP, APS, WMS, TMS,
* Demonstrated ability to implement supply chain structure, improve processes, and develop high-performing teams.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs and performance metrics.
* Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to operational excellence
