Reporting to the Divisional Director, you'll be responsible for delivering and exceeding regional sales targets, developing strategic business plans, and coaching a high-performing team of agents across the Beef, Sheep, and Dairy sectors.You'll play a key role in shaping the future of Agri-Lloyd by:Creating and executing annual regional business plansMotivating and mentoring sales agents to achieve their goalsConducting regular field visits and performance reviewsOrganising regional sales meetings and knowledge transfer eventsAnalysing sales data and proposing strategic actionsRepresenting Agri-Lloyd at agricultural shows and eventsQualificationsWe're looking for someone who is:A proven sales leader with at least 3 years' experience in sales managementExperienced in the agricultural sector, ideally with premium product salesKnowledgeable in livestock farming and concept sellingA confident communicator and natural motivatorHighly organised with excellent time management and IT skillsSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, and a true team playerYou'll also need to be flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service to both your team and customers.
