This role is ideally geared for a junior level of experience, aCorporate / Commercial Solicitor with c. 14 years PQE.You will join their busy and growing team and access a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of high-quality matters for local, national, and international clients. About the Role Youll be part of a well-established team advising businesses of all sizes-from start-ups and SMEs to large corporates and investors on the full spectrum of corporate and commercial legal issues. The successful candidate will enjoy early client contact, high levels of responsibility, and exposure to complex, rewarding work. Key Areas of Expertise The ideal candidate will have experience across some (not necessarily all) of the following areas: Corporate transactions mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and corporate reorganisations. Shareholder and investment agreements advising founders, investors, and management teams. Commercial contracts drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supply agreements, distribution contracts, agency arrangements, and terms of business. Joint ventures and partnerships structuring and documenting collaborative business ventures. Corporate governance advising directors and company secretaries on compliance, duties, and best practice. Commercial technology and IP matters experience with licensing, SaaS agreements, or data protection is advantageous. Cross-departmental work liaising with colleagues in employment, property, and banking to support wider transactional matters. About You Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales / Northern Ireland / Scotland). 14 years PQE within a recognised corporate and/or commercial team. Excellent technical drafting and analytical skills. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to give pragmatic, business-focused advice. A team player with good communication and relationship-building skills.
