As a plaster technician, you will be responsible for supporting nursing staff with patient care under the supervision of clinical nurse managers/specialists and staff nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
* SUPPORTING NURSING STAFF IN DELIVERY OF PATIENT CARE
* FOLLOWING CLINICAL PROTOCOL AND GUIDELINES TO ENSURE SAFE AND EFFECTIVE PLASTER CARE
This role requires strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. A high level of technical skill is also necessary to deliver safe and effective plaster services.
Candidates must have excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during patient care delivery.
The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate should possess these qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field;
* Prior experience as a Plaster Technician; (optional)
