Sous Chef – Daytime Fri‑Sun (30 hrs)
We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Sous Chef for a Healthcare unit in Blarney, Co. Cork. The role works Fri‑Sun, with 3 × 10 hr shifts – 30 hrs per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food to the highest standard.
* Supervise and direct kitchen and service staff as required.
* Work and order products within agreed budgets as set out by the company.
* Compile menu cycles on a monthly basis.
* Operate HACCP and Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.
Requirements:
* Garda Vetting is a requirement for employment.
* Own transport.
* Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
