This role bridges operational knowledge centered in Ireland with execution needs across the EU.Key Responsibilities• Cold Chain Site Coordination: Manage weekly shipment schedules for Scisafe NL, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external planners.• Operational Planning & Communication: Lead weekly sync calls with Scisafe NL to review schedules, identify risks, and propose process improvements.• Process & Tool Development: Design new documentation and tools to support internal shipment lanes, incorporating smart formulas and scalable logic.• Cross-Network Support: Collaborate with inbound/outbound partners (e.g., FUJI Denmark, Samsung, Cork, Lonza) to ensure smooth product flow.• Hypercare & Execution: Support Cold Chain Planning during hypercare phases and weekly operational uploads across the network.
