The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator / Inside Sales Representative to support our team, manage customer accounts, and help drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in managing sales processes, handling customer communication and supporting the overall efficiency of the sales function. As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) your primary role is to manage the sales operations process for your assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
* Manage and update customer processes in playbooks
* Process sales orders and follow up with logistics or operations to ensure timely delivery
* Maintain sales documentation and ensure data accuracy across systems
* Raise and process purchase orders with suppliers
* Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies/products as needed
* Source pricing and availability from vendors, negotiate where required
* Track delivery timelines and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods
* Liaise with warehouse/logistics teams to manage inventory and stock movements
Required Skills And Professional Experience
* Proven experience in sales administration, inside sales, or purchasing
* Knowledge of IT channel from distributor to reseller and customer is an advantage
* SAGE accounts experience is an advantage
* Ability to work to deadlines and autonomously is an advantage
* Strong computer skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
