Duties and Responsibilities Assembly of Modular structures Assembly and operation of mechanical and Assembly of LGS frames Inspects assigned area on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep facility in functioning and serviceable condition Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures Assembly and repairs of various fixtures and hardware such as doors, panels, windows, fixed fittings, appliances, office equipment, etc. Reports any major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriate Adheres to Cpac Modular safety policies and procedures Other duties and task as assigned by manager Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. Requires regular manual labouring activities, including the use of basic tools. Skills required Experience: Previous experience in a similar role Previous maintenance experience preferred Ability to work within a fast-paced and busy environment Ability to work in a team environment or to work as an individual Ensure all Health & Safety actions are preformed to the highest standard Additional Requirements Adherence to all relevant Health and Safety training, updates, policies and practices at all times.
