About the Role:
This is a twelve-month fixed-term contract position that will be part of a talent team of three.
The role will focus on recruitment for various practice areas and business services departments across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full life cycle of a varied portfolio of roles, working with internal clients, preferred supplier agents, and candidates;
* Deliver recruitment targets by advertising roles internally and externally, researching and sourcing direct candidates, and building a talent pipeline;
* Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure they understand the role requirements and the employee value proposition;
* Manage the interview process, providing expert consultative advice to internal clients and supporting candidates at every stage;
* Conduct screening calls with applicants and interviews with hiring managers;
* Prepare and manage offer documentation, working with internal stakeholders and keeping the candidate informed throughout;
* Prepare and send contracts and new starter documents to joiners, organize reference checks, and liaise with the wider HR team regarding onboarding;
* Collaborate with other departments to organize the first day and engage with new joiners throughout the onboarding process and during their early days in the firm to ensure a positive candidate experience;
* Manage the business services graduate and act as a mentor;
* Track and report recruitment activity and keep recruitment data up to date;
* Work closely with the Recruitment Senior Manager on day-to-day operational issues and the delivery of strategic projects.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have at least three years' experience in recruitment, ideally in a corporate environment or a professional services agency. You will also need to demonstrate exemplary client service and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships internally and externally to support the recruitment and selection process. Additionally, you should have a good knowledge of employment law, a commercial mindset, and be solution-oriented.
A high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritize effectively. You must also understand the importance of confidentiality in this role and be a collaborative team player who can work with senior stakeholders in a professional manner.
