Security Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Specialist to join our Dublin-based team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control systems, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service.

* Maintain video surveillance equipment, intruder alarms, and access control systems at various client locations.
* Troubleshoot problems and provide initial support for security system malfunctions.
* Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, installations, and utilize PDA systems to respond to maintenance requests and service calls.

* Strong technical knowledge of video surveillance systems, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
* Experience working with IP-based systems and excellent troubleshooting abilities.
* Proven experience in the security industry or a related field.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, organisational ability, and independence when working under pressure. Familiarity with PDA systems and basic administrative tasks is also required.
