Overview
We are currently seeking a pro‑active, results‑driven store manager to join our team. The role is the brand ambassador responsible for the store’s overall commercial success and for leading a team of supervisors and sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
Support and motivate the in‑store team on a day‑to‑day basis to achieve the store’s targets and surpass KPIs.
Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back‑of‑house activities support the store’s commercial execution.
Be trained to become a Pandora product expert, and nurture and develop the team to unlock their full potential with the support of the regional sales manager.
Qualifications
Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
Experience in a leading brand or desirable consumer product retailing.
Passion for delivering exemplary customer service.
Ability to understand Pandora's business strategy and translate it into store, regional, and division KPIs.
Experience using data to identify trends, issues, and take action.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs.
Positive, can‑do attitude and enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
Well‑presented appearance.
