Security Digital Sales Representative - DACH
Our client is a Global IT company in Dublin and is looking to hire a German speaking Security Digital Sales Representative.
The Role:
* You will be responsible for the Digital Sales route to market for the Security Services business across DACH.
* You will be accountable for digital sales for your DACH clients.
* Responsibilities include:
* Digital Sales to drive overall signings, revenue, and profit plans across managed and professional services.
Skills and Requirements:
* The Security Digital Sales Rep will possess the experience and knowledge to support both the sales of new business opportunities and the delivery of solutions to clients.
* You will be able to identify new business opportunities and creatively participate in the development and digital sales of solutions.
* You will be accountable for the financial success of engagements directly managed by Digital Sales, as well as the generation of services revenue with the sales of new business.
* Basic requirements of the ideal candidate will include a University Degree matched to post-graduate education, including relevant certifications in the security domain as preferential.
* The candidate will furthermore be required to speak fluent English and Native German.
Personal Qualities:
* Top talent and passionate to join Security.
* 2-3 years of experience in a B2B full-cycle sales role managing sales cycles from prospect to close.
* Experience in prospecting/sales through all digital channels i.e., phone, email, social media.
* Strong desire to learn security technology coupled with the ability to learn and apply product knowledge in a timely fashion.
* Ability to establish rapport at multiple levels of decision makers with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented yet team-oriented collaborative environment.
* Prominent organizational, presentation and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your pipeline.
* Prospect corporate leads and self-generated opportunities.
* Maintain a high level of solution expertise and competitive intelligence.
* Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate the sales process.
* Provide compelling product demos via phone & video calls - emphasizing service features and benefits, discussing contract terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales orders.
* Develop sales plans in order to achieve individual and company goals.
* Submit accurate and complete information in Sales Connect.
* Provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends and challenges.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota objectives.
