Head of Marketing & Communications - The Arts (Senior leadership opportunity with a leading Irish cultural institution) Location: Dublin 1 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: €60,000 €70,000 (commensurate with experience) A well-renowned theatre in the Irish arts space is seeking a creative, collaborative and commercially driven Head of Marketing & Communications to lead its strategic marketing, audience engagement and brand development functions.
As a key member of the Senior Management Team, youll shape the organisations public voice, deliver impactful campaigns, and help the theatre expand its reach as it approaches its 100-year milestone.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing and communications strategies Manage branding, digital marketing, sales campaigns and PR across all audience touchpoints Work closely with the Co-CEOs to meet box office targets and maximise audience growth Oversee the delivery of compelling content and high-quality marketing materials Guide and develop a high-performing internal team and trusted external contractors Use audience insights and analytics to inform decisions and strategy Collaborate across departments to strengthen public engagement and community connections Candidate Profile: At least 5 years senior-level experience in marketing, communications or audience development A strong track record of leading creative, data-driven marketing campaigns Excellent leadership, interpersonal and brand management skills Strong commercial acumen, budgeting ability, and knowledge of audience insight tools Passion for theatre, arts, or culture with a commitment to inclusivity and civic engagement How to Apply: Please submit your CV to ine in Lex Consultancy to be considered for this position.
