A friendly, approachable attitude and a passion for food are essential.About the Role:As Floor Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the daily operation of the restaurant. You'll be actively working as a section waiter during service, delivering excellent customer experiences while coaching the team with on-the-spot training and support. When the Restaurant Manager isn't on duty, you'll step into a leadership role, ensuring everything runs smoothly from open to close.You'll be responsible for keeping service standards high, motivating the team, and making sure our guests are always well taken care of.We're a team that works together to make every shift a success, so from time to time, you might be asked to help out with other tasks as things change and the business evolves.
