Location: North Dublin – North Of M50 (long‑term pipeline of projects)
Projects: Commercial / Residential / Hotel (1 role) and Data Centre / Mission Critical (1 role)
Salary Package: Strong Package (Open To Discussion Over The Phone)

About the Opportunity
A Tier 1 main contractor with an excellent pipeline of work in Dublin is seeking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager. This is a senior leadership role overseeing up to five concurrent projects, each valued up to €15 million (c. €75 million combined).
You will join at an exciting stage, with several new projects due to commence (enabling works onwards), giving you the opportunity to run schemes from inception through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for managing multiple projects simultaneously (commercial, residential, hotel, or data centre / mission critical depending on your background).
Provide strong leadership to project teams, ensuring delivery on programme, budget, and quality.
Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring compliance and best practice.
Maintain close communication with the Director and senior leadership team, providing regular project reporting.
Lead project planning, programming, and resource allocation.
Manage client relationships and represent the company at a senior level.
Ensure health & safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained across all projects.
Mentor and develop Project Managers and site teams, building a strong internal talent pipeline.
Ideal Candidate
Proven track record as a Contracts Manager or strong Senior Project Manager seeking to step up.
Experience delivering large‑scale building projects in one of the following sectors:
Strong leadership, client‑facing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with values up to €15 million each.
Commercially astute with excellent contract knowledge.
Based in or open to long‑term work in North Dublin.
