The Mulberry Tree Learning Centre is recruiting a classroom assistant to support our preschool room, working with 3 to 5 year olds.
This is a is part time position, ideal for someone passionate about early years education who enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
Hours 9.30am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday
Essential criteria
· Minimum level 5 Fetac/QQI qualification or a relevant qualification of working with children with additional needs
· Strong understanding and experience in early childhood education.
· To support the daily care, learning and development of pre-school children in line with our early years curriculum that encourages independence, cinfidence and creativity
· Assist with observations, routines and transitions throughout the preschool day.
Build positive, respectful relationships with children, colleagues and parents
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
