We are currently recruiting for a
Gardener
to join our team.A passion for horticulture and drive to achieve results are essential for this role.
This role will be based between the Hotel and The Reserve
Main Duties:
Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and plants around the hotel property.
Water plants, lawns, and landscaped areas regularly.
Plant flowers, trees, shrubs, and seasonal plants to enhance the appearance of the hotel grounds.
Prune trees, hedges, and bushes to keep them healthy and well-shaped.
Remove weeds, dead plants, and fallen leaves.
Apply fertilizers, compost, and soil treatments when necessary.
Monitor plants for pests and diseases and apply appropriate treatments.
Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems.
Ensure walkways, garden areas, and outdoor spaces are clean and safe for guests.
Assist with landscaping projects and garden design improvements.
Key Requirements:
Knowledge of gardening, landscaping, and plant care.
Ability to use gardening tools and machinery safely.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain neat outdoor spaces.
Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
