From a professional standpoint, he/she should have FO/GS management experience, excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and talent in building meaningful relationships.
This person must be a fluent English speaker with excellent computer skills and previous experience using Hotsoft is an advantage.
The ideal candidate will report directly to the Front of House Manager, providing coaching and fostering an environment that embodies genuine Irish hospitality.
