Eir evo talent is seeking applicants for a Data Protection Lawyer position for our client in Dublin City Centre (Hybrid working available). This role will work closely with the data protection partner and other associates in Ireland, alongside our client’s international data protection network.
Responsibilities include:
1. Advise on a wide variety of data protection matters involving GDPR implementation, compliance, data breach reporting, management, operationalisation of data subject rights, data transfer challenges, data protection litigation, and children’s data protection issues.
2. Have an excellent understanding of the data protection legal regime in Ireland and the EU, with considerable experience in regulatory and/or compliance work at a senior level, gained in a law firm or in-house environment.
3. Currently, we are only considering Irish Qualified Lawyers or those from common law countries with a clear and fast path to requalification as an Irish solicitor.
