Job Title: Litigation Support Secretary
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Support Secretary to join our busy and friendly team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our solicitors with a broad caseload of complex litigation matters.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing court documents, legal correspondence, and hearing bundles
• Managing solicitor diaries and booking court hearings and appointments
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and courts in a professional manner
• Maintaining organised digital and physical case files
• Drafting basic correspondence and handling telephone/email queries
• Filing documents with the courts and tracking case deadlines
About You:
We are looking for an individual with at least 4 years experience in a similar role who possesses excellent communication skills and a friendly, team-focused approach. You should have knowledge of court procedures in Northern Ireland and be proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines are essential qualities for this role.
