A leading and well-established civil engineering contractor is currently seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (3+ years experience) to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role will involve working primarily on water and civil infrastructure projects across Dublin and Kildare, with a strong on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities: Manage cost control and commercial aspects of water and civil infrastructure projects Prepare and submit interim valuations, variations, and final accounts Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow forecasts Assist in procurement of subcontractors and preparation of subcontract agreements Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress and assess valuations Liaise with site teams, project managers, subcontractors, and clients Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities Ensure all commercial activities are carried out in line with company procedures Requirements: Minimum 3+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure projects Experience working on water, utilities, or civil infrastructure projects desirable Strong understanding of cost management and contract administration Ability to work both independently on-site and collaboratively within a wider project team Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Relevant degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Benefits: Competitive salary range of €65,000 €75,000 per annum (depending on experience) Company vehicle or travel allowance Pension scheme Ongoing training and career development opportunities Exposure to large-scale water and civil infrastructure projects across Dublin and Kildare If you are an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor looking to gain strong on-site experience and progress your career within a reputable civil contractor, please send your CV or contact for a confidential discussion about the role.
