We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in the South East.

Responsibilities:
12. Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects follow design plans and specifications
13. Perform setting out duties, including marking out precise locations for construction elements according to plans
14. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
15. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high standards of work
16. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
17. Resolve technical issues and provide on-the-spot engineering solutions
18. Manage site documentation, including progress reports and material logs
19. Ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget constraints
20. Act as the primary point of contact for technical advice and decision-making on-site
Requirements:
21. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
22. At least 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer, ideally within the construction industry
23. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations is essential
24. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software is necessary
25. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
26. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical solutions
