The Role Are you a HR professional with a passion for employee experience? We are looking for a Benefits & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our benefits programs and wellbeing initiatives across Ireland and the UK. This is a 12 month assignment. Youll serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, the mastermind behind our engagement events, and the guardian of our benefits data. This is a fast-paced role that balances creative event planning with technical data management, partnering closely with Payroll, Finance, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Wellbeing & Events Coordination Own the Calendar: Design and execute the annual wellbeing and benefits engagement calendar, aligning with strategic themes and seasonal campaigns. Event Management: Plan and host onsite and virtual events, managing everything from logistics and vendors to promotional communications. Measure Impact: Track participation and feedback to report on ROI and continuously improve our offerings. Employee Support & Communications Be the Face of Benefits: Manage the benefits inbox, providing high-quality support and meeting SLAs for employee inquiries. Onboarding: Facilitate benefits induction sessions for new hires, ensuring they feel supported from day one Benefits Administration & Data Management Lifecycle Admin: Manage enrolments, changes, and terminations for pension, healthcare, and eyecare schemes. Payroll Alignment: Process Benefit-In-Kind (BIK) and pension reports for fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles. Systems Expert: Maintain accurate data within HR systems and manage Leave of Absence documentation. Financial Oversight: Reconcile vendor invoices, manage purchase orders, and monitor budgets for wellbeing activities. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a relevant Business discipline. Experience: minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required and/or a recent graduate who have completed a relevant co-op or internship. Previous experience in planning and hosting employee engagement or wellbeing events is a distinct advantage. Skills & Abilities: Analytical Mindset: You are highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and are comfortable managing datasets. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to craft engaging employee-facing content. Organisational Pro: Exceptional prioritisation skills with a \"customer-first\" mentality.
