Meath / WestmeathSalary Range = €40-50K + BenefitsPlease note that you MUST have EU/EEA/UK citizenship or hold a current valid work visa for Ireland.No Sponsorship considered.Reporting directly into the local HR Manager, we are seeking an HR Generalist or an experienced HR Administrator looking to advance into an HRG or junior HR Business Partner level role, to assist the HR Manager in all areas of HR operations: Talent Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Industrial relations, L&D, Personal Development, Reward & Benefits, ER/IR, etc. As part of the HR Team, the HR Generalist will provide a high level of HR operational support across the business, including administrative / administration tasks such as managing employee personnel records, apprenticeships, etc.You will get the opportunity of working in a local HR team, that is a key part of & supported by, the Global Group HR team. This is a Unionised environment, so you will need to be able to work with all stakeholders, so tact & diplomacy is a required trait.Role Responsibilities:We are looking for either an HR Generalist or an HR Administrator ready to take the next step in your HR career, to support a dynamic, expanding enterprise that comprises both Manufacturing & production operations and also Group corporate functions. You will be providing HR support / supporting Operational Managers on all aspects of their people strategy.
