Job Title: Events ManagerLocation: Remote/Hybrid (with travel to events as needed)Salary: €40,000 - (€46,000 OTE)Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary:Join a leading fundraising and events company with a track record of success. ClubSpot Events are pioneers in their space, renowned for delivering one of Ireland's most exciting fundraising events for sports clubs and organisations. We are seeking an energetic Events Manager to join our team and support our ambition of raising €10 million per year for non-profit organisations. This role will involve evening and weekend working times.Key Responsibilities:Event Planning:Collaborate with customers to understand their fundraising goals and objectives.Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines and logistics.Event Management:Oversee all aspects of event execution, including venue setup and event flow.Manage event staff and volunteers, ensuring smooth operations.Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events.Oversee sound, lighting and content projection on screen, when required.Oversee counting and packing of props and equipment after the event.Fundraising Support:Provide guidance and support to customers and participants in their fundraising efforts, including preparation of graphics, digital media and offline media e.g., tickets, booklet etc.Conduct weekly check-ins with customers, to ensure maximum support is provided.Assist in developing fundraising strategies tailored to each club's needs.Identify and explore new fundraising opportunities.Event Evaluation:Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance and gather feedback.Use feedback to make improvements and recommendations for future events.Measure and report on the success of fundraising efforts.Assist with marketing and promotion of the ClubSpot Events.Team Collaboration:Work closely with other events managers and internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to align event strategies with overall business goals.Foster strong relationships with sports clubs and external partners.Weekly reporting to Senior Events Manager.Compliance and Safety:Ensure events comply with all relevant laws and regulations.Implement safety measures and protocols to protect participants and attendees.Qualifications:Proven event management or similar experience, ideally 2+ years in a similar role.Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Event Management, or a related field, such as Marketing or PR.Project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects effectively, would be beneficial.Skills and Abilities:Excellent project management and organisational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work remotely and travel to the office once a week, and to events as needed.Full clean driver's licence.Benefits:Laptop and phone provided.22 Days Annual Leave Per Year.Hybrid Work Options.How to Apply:Please send your CV and Cover Letter to Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to €46,000.00 per yearBenefits:Free or subsidised travelWork from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Aghadreenagh, Stradone, CO.
