The Talbot Group is seeking applications from experienced and motivated candidates for the role of House Supervisor within our community-based residential services in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. About The Role
The successful candidate will support residents in all aspects of daily living while promoting independence, wellbeing, and community participation. As this is a community-based service, applicants must be comfortable working independently within the house environment while remaining connected to the wider management and support team. The role involves both day and night duty shifts and requires flexibility and reliability.
Key Requirements
Experience working within health or social care services
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full clean driving licence
Eligible and willing to drive company vehicles
Flexible to work both day and night duty shifts
Role Details
Based in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin
Maximum of 3 residents per house
Working independently within the house
Supported by and reporting to a Person In Charge based in another location
Roster typically consists of seven 12-hour shifts per fortnight
Mix of day and night shifts (approximately 50% of each)
