HR Manager Role at Black Fox Solutions
We are working with a well-established manufacturing company within the power and water industries who are currently recruiting for an HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of recruitment and selection.
* Review performance management processes to support talent management and staff retention.
* Nurture staff engagement through staff feedback, Corporate Social Responsibility, and promoting positive working relationships.
* Provide HR support, guidance, and direction to managers and team leaders on HR procedures and processes and any employee-related matters.
* Lead recruitment programmes for graduates and apprentices, working closely with universities, colleges, and schools.
* Identify current and future skills and resources gaps and provide solutions to fill shortfalls through new external hires.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years HR experience.
* Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with employment law.
* CIPD Qualification or working towards qualification/certificate.
* Computer Literacy: Proficient in using Excel spreadsheets, databases, etc.
