We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Head of Bathrooms to join Irelands leading interiors retailer. This is a dual role where you will take ownership of the sales strategy, lead a team of three experienced Sales Specialists, and actively drive your own sales performance. You will be responsible for building on existing success, developing new business opportunities, coaching your team, and ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for a proven leader with a strong background in bathrooms, interiors, or construction sales, who thrives in a target-driven, high-performance environment. Role Overview: Lead, coach, and support a team of Bathroom Sales Specialists to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Motivate and develop the team to maximise performance, customer engagement, and product knowledge. Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and sales reviews to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members as required. Drive your own sales pipeline, from initial enquiry to closing, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, architects, designers, and contractors. Deliver on personal and team sales targets and contribute to margin growth. Actively seek new business opportunities within the bathrooms sector. Promote cross-selling opportunities across other product categories. Work closely with purchasing and merchandising teams to optimise product ranges, pricing, and stock levels. Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly. Maintain showroom standards and ensure the Bathrooms area reflects our premium brand positioning. Collaborate with marketing on promotional activities and campaigns to drive traffic and sales The Ideal Candidate Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience within bathrooms, interiors, or a related construction/retail sector. Proven leadership ability; capable of motivating, developing, and leading a successful sales team. Strong commercial acumen with a focus on hitting targets and maximising margins. Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder with a consultative sales approach. Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
