Role
As a full-time Driver Health Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality, person‑centred care to clients in their own homes while promoting independence, dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting clients with personal and practical care
Supporting independence and social engagement
Maintaining dignity, privacy and respect at all times
Reporting any concerns or changes to your manager
Following care plans, policies and safety standards

Essential Requirements
Full clean driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
Eligibility to work in Ireland
Comfortable working independently in the community
Required Training
QQI Level 5 in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person
Up-to-date Patient Moving and Handling (training provided if required)
International Police Clearance, where applicable
Essential Competencies
Compassion, patience and empathy
Reliable, accountable and professional approach
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider care team
Previous care experience is desirable
