Leading talent acquisition, learning & development, and succession planning
Driving employee engagement and a best‑in‑class colleague experience
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Ensuring full compliance with Irish employment legislation and best practice
Embedding a strong, values‑led culture across the organisation
About you
You’re a commercially astute HR leader with a proven track record operating at senior level – ideally within luxury hospitality or a similarly service‑led environment.
You bring
Deep expertise in Irish employment law and HR best practice
Experience leading and developing high‑performing HR teams
