We are looking for outgoing friendly individuals to enhance our guest's experience in Jurassic Newpark.The successful candidate must be willing to engage with all of our visitors to ensure they are having the best possible experience.Ensure that all guests are following the park guidelines, and that everyone is having fun in a safe manner. Explain the park's regulations, policies, or procedures to guests and patrons.Make sure that work area is always kept clean and tidy and that all refuse is disposed of correctly.Check Guests tickets on arrival in a friendly and welcoming manner.Verify that all playground equipment is operating correctly at all times.Work together with your team mates to ensure park is always presented impeccably.Play an active part in all Jurassic Newpark interactive shows and activities with the use of the puppets and costumes provided.Provide information to guests about hotel and park.Monitor all activity in the park and report any issues or problems to management immediately.Report any Maintenance issue to Head Ranger.Dinosaur knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential as training will be provided.Assist in Jurassic Snack shack when required, taking and completing orders restocking as necessary.No formal qualification is required but a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment is.Excellent communication skills required to engage with guests, to provide information on park services to patrons, and communicate with staff and managementThe Role can be quite physical. Park attendants are expected to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances in performing assigned tasks. It is essential that they have the required stamina to stand, lift, pull, and push moderate weight.Flexibility: Weekends and evenings are usually the peak periods for Jurassic Newpark.
