We are seeking a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join our Early Years team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will lead a team of Early Years Practitioners to deliver an engaging, play-based curriculum in line with Aistear and Síolta frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operation of the assigned room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
Implement a stimulating and inclusive early learning programme aligned with Aistear and Síolta.
Supervise, support, and mentor practitioners and students within the room.
Maintain compliance with the Child Care Act **** (Early Years Services) Regulations **** and all relevant policies.
Ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for all children.
Foster positive, professional relationships with parents, families, and colleagues.
Complete required documentation, observations, and reports accurately and efficiently.
Promote and uphold the ethos, values, and vision of Bagenalstown FRC, Stepping Stones Community Childcare Service.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum QQI Level 7 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an early years setting.
Strong understanding of Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Knowledge of Children First and child protection procedures.
