Role Summary
Wanted an experienced Operations Manager based in Dublin 12 to oversee the day-to-day running and strategic development of their department. This role involves managing staff, ensuring service quality, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations and support senior management with strategic planning.
* Manage client relationships, attend service meetings, handle complaints, and identify improvement opportunities.
* Oversee Contract Managers and Supervisors, including training, recruitment, inductions, and performance management.
* Manage the setup of new contracts from start to finish, including health & safety, budgets, and supplies.
* Support tenders and quoting processes with internal teams.
* Carry out audits, maintain service standards, and implement improvement plans.
* Promote environmental practices and reduce waste.
* Monitor budgets, payroll, and overall financial performance of sites.
This is a key leadership role for someone who is organised, people-focused, and confident managing multiple sites and clients.
