About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working a 40-hour weekly contract (5 days per week). The successful candidate will be fully flexible to work throughout the week and enjoy great perks.
Main Responsibilities:
* To lead a team and deliver high levels of customer service.
* To coach, train and lead people in the deli department.
* To champion a world-class customer experience in store.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' Supervisory/Management experience ideally in a food environment.
* Proven track record of consistently delivering results.
* Strong leadership skills.
* IT literate.
