Lead Development Strategist
The Mater Hospital Foundation is seeking a highly skilled development strategist to lead its fundraising efforts. As Lead Development Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the organisation's fundraising strategy, building strong relationships with donors and stakeholders, and securing vital resources to support the hospital's lifesaving work.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive development strategy, managing a talented team of fundraising professionals, and collaborating closely with clinicians, hospital leaders, and key supporters to build enduring partnerships that drive philanthropic investment and measurable impact.
To succeed as Lead Development Strategist, you will require exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills, a proven track record of income growth, and the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences. You will also need to possess a deep understanding of fundraising best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for advancing healthcare through purposeful development and meaningful relationship-building.
