About the Role
The Enterprise Learning Experience Consultant will play a crucial part in crafting, developing, and implementing comprehensive learning solutions that align with the strategic objectives of our organization.
* Partner with Global and Regional teams to understand their strategic needs and recommend learning solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement learning solutions that enhance employee experience and engagement.
* Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert insights and recommendations on learning trends and stakeholders' needs.
The consultant will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful deployment of learning experiences, leveraging advanced learning technologies and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. L&D End-to-End Partnership/Coordination:
1. Partner as a Learning & Leadership Development consultant with Global and Regional teams.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement learning solutions.
2. L&D Consultancy and Experience Design:
1. Support assigned internal customer groups by identifying learning challenges and training needs.
2. Provide strategic learning experience and instructional design consultancy for global L&D programs and experiences.
3. L&D Program Management:
1. Execute the intake process and oversee the design, planning, execution, and evaluation of L&D programs and initiatives.
2. Manage project plans and contribute to creating and maintaining project processes and governance documents.
4. L&D Analytics:
1. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and identify areas for improvement.
2. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on the impact of learning initiatives.
The consultant will be reporting to Associate Director Enterprise Learning.
Required Qualifications
* Hons Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or enterprise training.
