Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct chemical, bitumen, and emulsion testing using standard methods.
2. Analyze and report test results to the Technical Manager and production team.
3. Contribute to product development and technical support for internal teams and external customers.
4. Assist in the development of new test methods and process enhancements.
5. Maintain lab equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and well-maintained.
6. Adhere to Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
7. Support general lab operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
