**Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical)**

* We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical) to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing subcontractor agreements for risk, terms, and design accountability. You will conduct tender risk analysis using standard templates and manage contract documents, including bills of quantities, ensuring accuracy.
You will identify and develop strategies to mitigate commercial risks and provide advice on contractual claims, analyzing outcomes and forecasting impacts. Additionally, you will prepare reports for claims and commercial reviews as needed.
The successful candidate must have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Services Engineering and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience working on Mechanical packages on commercial and/or healthcare projects would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
