Client Success Executive at Atlas is a pivotal role focused on fostering long-term relationships and ensuring the success of a portfolio primarily comprised of high-value, strategic and emerging clients. You will manage a portfolio of clients, align their goals with our solutions, drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth, and act as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders.


Responsibilities

* Strategic Account Management & Client Advocacy: Own and manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic and emerging clients; align client goals (global expansion, workforce management, compliance) with our solutions to enable success and long-term relationship growth.
* Build and maintain executive-level relationships; serve as the primary point of contact, providing expert guidance and solutions to evolving needs.
* Develop and execute tailored client success strategies to drive long-term satisfaction, retention, and value realization.
* Advocate for clients across the organization; act as a key escalation point for complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely resolutions.
* Client Retention and Growth: Engage in consultative conversations to identify growth opportunities, including global workforce expansion and service upsells.
* Leverage data to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with business objectives and growth goals.
* Implement strategies to mitigate churn risk, address concerns promptly, and create action plans to ensure retention and satisfaction.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Work with internal teams (sales, product, delivery, marketing) to meet client expectations and ensure new features align with client needs.
* Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client input; advocate for enhancements that improve satisfaction.
* Client Health Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously track health metrics (usage, satisfaction, engagement) and address risks proactively; present insights to internal leadership and clients.
* Present regular reports on account performance and success metrics.
* Financial Health and P&L Management: Monitor financial performance of client accounts, align with revenue and margin goals, optimize delivery for value and profitability, identify and address financial risks.
* Client Insights & Strategy: Understand business objectives and global workforce strategies; provide strategic advice on global compliance, workforce management, and operational efficiency; stay current on industry trends and best practices.
* Mentor team members and contribute to development of client success strategies, best practices, and team culture.


Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in a global team in client success, account management, or a client-facing role (SaaS, EOR, HR tech, or related industries).
* Proven ability to manage and grow high-value, complex global accounts with a focus on long-term engagements.
* Intermediate to advanced understanding of global workforce management, EOR solutions, HR compliance, payroll, or employment law.
* Ability to strategically align client objectives with solutions to ensure long-term value delivery.
* Strong ability to influence C-level executives and key stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
* Results-oriented with focus on sales quota, revenue & margin growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
* Commercial acumen including business case creation, sales, forecasting, and margin analysis.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
* High emotional intelligence to manage client expectations and foster positive relationships.
