Head of Sales – Workforce Solutions | Dublin / Hybrid

The Opportunity
This is a strategic, hands‑on role for a self‑starter who thrives on building partnerships and driving revenue. You’ll lead business development across enterprise‑level clients (200+ employees), managing key accounts and opening doors with major employers in the life sciences, manufacturing, and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting large-scale employers
* Build and grow strategic relationships
* Manage key accounts in collaboration with international teams
* Identify new opportunities across temp, perm, and contracting services
* Lay the foundation for future recruitment delivery operations in Dublin
About You
* Proven background in recruitment or HR/workforce solutions
* Track record engaging with large, multi‑site organisations
* Network within manufacturing, life sciences, or industrial sectors (preferred)
* Strategic, commercially minded, and highly self‑motivated
* Strong relationship builder and communicator
