Night Manager
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Night Manager to join our team at The Rine. This is a full‑time position responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and smooth overnight operation of the hotel while maintaining a high standard of guest service.
Main Duties
Complete docket checks and report any discrepancies to the early duty manager
Conduct security and fire safety checks at 12am, 2am, 4am, and 6am, recording all findings in the handover book
Efficiently check guests in and out during night hours
Provide food and beverage service after midnight to agreed standards
Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries and requests
Carry out cleaning duties in line with the night cleaning schedule
Set up meeting rooms, ensuring all equipment is in place and operational
Carry out performance appraisals and workplace assessments as required
Ensure operational training is delivered regularly and properly recorded
Assist in ensuring adequate staffing levels in line with business demand
Support recruitment processes in conjunction with the HR department
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
Strong communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Experience with Opera or similar front office systems is an advantage
High level of English
