We are working with a tech company in Galway that is looking to hire a Lead SRE. Our client is a market leader in their field and can provide excellent career opportunities.
The position is based in Galway and operates on a hybrid model 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
Primary Duties
Partner with Development, DevOps and Support to improve the full product lifecycle from design to deployment, operation, and continuous improvement.
Define and improve production readiness standards for services and deployments.
Improve the operability, observability, and reliability of live services, designing observability stacks and dashboards to track key metrics and improve operational insight.
Requirements
Experience in site reliability engineering
Good working knowledge of languages and systems such as Java, Kotlin, Typescript or Python and technologies like IaC (Terraform), Docker, and Kubernetes.
Good knowledge of AWS preferred
