Overview:
* The Learning and Development Content Creator is responsible for identifying, designing, and developing programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.
* The Content Creator will also serve as an administrator for the Learning Management System.
Reports To: Learning and Development Lead
Requirements
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop training programs to improve individual and organizational performance.
* Administer the Learning Management System.
* Assess and prioritize training needs in consultation with the L&D Lead, managers, system owners, and subject matter experts, aligning with strategic goals and Employee Development Plans.
* Support managers and employees by providing information, advice, and resources to foster a high-performing organization. This includes designing and delivering customized training for new and existing staff.
* Guide the design of training programs and assist in evaluating training activities.
Skills Required:
* Expertise in designing and delivering training materials.
* Strong presentation and evaluation skills.
* Proficiency in Articulate 360 Software and Excel.
* Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, make decisions confidently, and positively influence others.
Educational Requirements:
* Minimum degree in Management, Life Sciences, Instructional Design, or a related field.
