About the Role
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with both clients and candidates from initial briefing through to successful placement. You will be trusted to manage your desk, build long-term partnerships, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between office-based and remote working.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Build and maintain strong, long-term client and candidate relationships
Source, screen and interview candidates across multiple roles
Deliver a high-quality, consultative recruitment service
Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve shared goals
Contribute to business development and account growth
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in agency recruitment
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Commercially aware and organised with good desk management
Self-motivated, professional and solutions-focused
Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
