Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth
Oversee brand positioning, content strategy, events, partnerships, and market engagement activities
Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic marketing guidance
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
Ensure effective use of marketing technology, CRM, and automation platforms
Skills & Experience
8-10 years experience in a senior marketing leadership role
Proven success in demand generation, campaign management, and commercial growth
Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing budgets, marketing operations, and performance measurement
Experience building and scaling demand generation programmes in B2B or professional services
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools
Degree qualified, with a relevant postgraduate qualification desirable
Able to work across time zones and cultures
Travel as needed
