Role: Senior Service Desk Co-Ordinator – Electronic Security Location: Dublin 12 Job Type : Permanent - Full time Salary: €Negotiable D.O.E Description Are you a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a knack for ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment?
We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Co-Ordinator to join our clients friendly team!
In this role, you will be the linchpin of our service desk, responsible for providing top-notch support and guidance to our clients and team members alike.
Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success.
We value teamwork and collaboration, and as a Senior Service Desk Co-Ordinator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our service delivery.

Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, Engineers, Contractors etc.
Coordinate daily service desk operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise and mentor junior service desk staff to enhance their skills.
Oversee ticket management to ensure efficient resolution of client issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
Identify areas for improvement within the service desk and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with management to implement new technologies and tools.
Requirements Proven experience as a Service Desk Co-Ordinator or similar role.
Strong understanding of the Electronic Security Industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to challenges.
Proficiency in using service desk software and tools.
Experience in training and mentoring team members.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
