Sales Development Co-ordinator
The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction by leading commercial and agri sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to achieve individual sales targets, focusing on prospecting, up-selling, and cross-selling initiatives within the office environment.
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring seamless task implementation through regular meetings and clear direction.
* Respond to customer inquiries and escalate unresolved or technical matters to relevant personnel.
* Maintain strict adherence to established systems and procedures as outlined by the organization.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve flexible work arrangements and participate in various office tasks.
* Stay abreast of company products and services, completing relevant industry qualifications as necessary.
* Foster mutually beneficial relationships with local business partners, enhancing overall service delivery to customers.
* Contribute to account management initiatives for commercial and agri businesses.
* Support customers at the initial notification of claims stage, adhering to company protocols.
* Take ownership of individual outstanding debit and premium collections.
